Freedom of Self is a series of my paintings which reflect the journey of life. In this series, I have used figures tightly wrapped in cloth trying to set themselves free form it, they live their life restrained and burdened under the pressures put on them by the society in which they live, and also the array of emotions they feel themselves, the restrictions which they implement on themselves, and the fight which they fight with their own soul and self. It is a journey from beginning to end! The colors I have used are very bright, that is the reflection of the goodness of mankind in which I believe, and it is painted on a stark black canvas, which is the darkness of the world with which we are fighting, and trying to become the best version of our self
